...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  counties, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto and Walker.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
  with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1251 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Reports of flooding
    along SH 150,  SH 156, and FM980 in San Jacinto County and
    along HWY 59 in Polk County. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Livingston, Shepherd, Cut And Shoot, New Waverly, Coldspring,
    Point Blank, Goodrich, Seven Oaks, Lake Livingston State
    Park, West Livingston, Alabama-Coushatta Reservation,
    Leggett, Evergreen, Moscow, Segno and Oakhurst.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    County Line Road at Caney Creek, Farm to Market 3081 at Peach

* WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 138.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues with
  water 3 to 4 feet below the State Highway 19 Bridge and Plantation
  Drive near FM 230 is inundated. FM 2978 is flooded and impassable.
  Up to one foot of water is flowing over Thomas Lake Road which
  remains impassable. Several roads into the Green Rich Shores and
  Deep River Plantation subdivisions are covered with up to one foot
  of water and homes in Deep River Plantation are threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 138.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 133.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 AM CDT Thursday was 138.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 140.5
    feet tomorrow evening.
